Continuing the tradition of recent years, registration for the Riga-Valmiera 107 km race opens on the morning of Latvia’s independent day, November 18, according to the course record time. Since this year on May 4, during the Latvian Rebirth Day, Toms Komass improved his course record, registration has been open since 7:30:49 am
